Mark your calendars for Open Space Yoga’s 4th annual charitable shopping day with proceeds from sales going to the Delta Hospice Society. Visit Open Space Yoga at 4880 Delta Street on November 17th between 11:30-4:00 to shop for items and services from retailers; Sonja Picard Jewelry, Potters for Hospice, The Upstart Crow, The Portal, Raintree Day Spa, Lyck Bodycare, Pebble Creations, Amy Henwood Designs, Henna by Hini, Lara's Cuisine, Its All About The Yoga, Open Space Yoga Boutique.
 
15% of all sales will be donated to the Delta Hospice Society with the exception of Potters for Hospice who will be donating 100% of all pottery sold.
 
To compliment holiday shopping that day, Bombay Joe's, a popular Ladner Village Indian food restaurant, will be there serving a selection of food from their restaurant’s extensive menu.
LARA cuisine will also be on hand offering baklava and coffee to visitors.
 
‘The Christmas season is fast approaching and Michael’s annual shopping day is such a wonderful opportunity to purchase gifts. Each year he hosts such a diverse group of vendors, there are gifts for everyone’s tastes’, says Delta Hospice Executive Director Nancy Macey.

Open Space Yoga has been a committed supporter of what began as an $8.5M capital fundraising  campaign in the fall of 2007 to construct two much needed facilities,  the Irene Thomas Hospice and Harold & Veronica Savage Centre for Supportive Care. Both facilities have been open since February of 2010 and have cared for over 350 individuals and families in our community.
  
Open Space offers a variety of yoga classes from pre-natal to specialized classes for those with arthritis, and is located in the heart of Ladner Village.
