November & December 2012 - Delta Hospice Appeals to the Community

Throughout November and December each year, the Delta Hospice Society makes a one-time appeal to the community for donations to help continue to maintain current levels of much needed programs and services.

All donations to Delta Hospice programs and services are truly appreciated.
