Nov 2009 - Rotary Calendars make great Christmas gifts

 

Tis the season once again when Ladner Rotary launch their annual Lottery Calendar fundraiser.There is over $10,450.00 in cash prizes to be won and new winners will be announced each month of 2010. Calendars will only be on sale until December 18th and not only offer a chance of winning monthly prizes, but depict lovely settings throughout Delta, photographed by several local photographers. 
 

These calendars make great Christmas gifts and can be purchased for $20 at Cobblestone Cottage - Ladner, Pacific Advertising - Tsawwassen, Delta Hospital, and the new Delta Hospice Supportive Care Centre in Ladner (4631 Clarence Taylor Crescent). Rotarians will also be out at Safeway, Thrifty’s and the Tsawwassen Liquor Store selling calendars on weekends throughout November and December. 
 

This year’s calendar sales proceeds will go to benefit two Delta organizations, - the Delta Hospice Society and the Delta Hospital Foundation, to support much needed programs and services in our community, as well as RILA (Rotary Youth Leadership) and a scholarship at Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
