The Delta Hospice Society offers Supportive Care, End-of-Life, Grief and Loss programs that are free and confidential services provided by a team of professionals, support staff and trained volunteers.
 
Programs and services would not be possible without the generosity of donors who believe in the need for specialized care offered in our own community of Delta.
